Hybrid Congress

3. International Music Research Student Congress will be held on 16-17-18 December 2022 as a hybrid (face-to-face and online) hosted by Aydın Adnan Menderes University. Face-to-face presentations will be held on 16-17 December at Aydın Adnan Menderes University Atatürk Congress Center Meandros and Miletos Halls. Presentations and events to be made online will be held on the Adüzem Virtual Meeting System https://sts.adu.edu.tr/.

•  Social distance rules will be taken into account in the meeting halls.
•  Hand sanitizers will be available at the entrance of the meeting halls.
•  At the end of each session, the table, chair, microphone, etc. that the speakers come into contact with will be disinfected.

*Congress Organizing Committee may decide to cancel face-to-face events and make allevents online,  depending on the course of the pandemic.
