*Different accommodation options are available on December 15-18.
Hotels should be contacted for reservation and availability.
**Participants (STUDENT ONLY) who will present an oral presentation at the congress on December 15-18 will be offered accommodation in KYK dormitories for a fee of 15 TL PER PERSON DAILY. Participants who want to choose of this accommodation option are kindly requested to fill in the form below and send this form by e-mail stating their request until 27 November 2022 at the latest to muzikkongre@adu.edu.tr.
***Vehicles are allocated only for transportation from KYK dormitories to congress center. A vehicle has not yet been allocated for transportation to the congress center from other hotels. If there is any development in this regard, it will also be announced on the website.
