Previous studies have predominantly relied on small, homogeneous samples from Western countries, resulting in a limited number of cross-cultural comparisons.
The project collects data from eight distinct cultural realms using the same standardized instrument, making cross-cultural comparisons possible for the first time.
The norms established for ages 12–18 will serve as a foundational reference for future academic research, cross-cultural comparisons, and educational policy development.
