*ADU undergraduate students are required to pay a participation fee if they want to participate in the congress with a poster / oral presentation. However, ADU undergraduate students who will not present a paper can participate in the conference and panel programs free of charge as a listener.
- For cancellation requests until April 22, 2025, 50% of the paid fee will be paid after the congress. After this date, there is no refund in case of cancellation.
