Papers should be sent to the e-mail address bildiri.egad2025@adu.edu.tr using the template in the link below. When the paper submissions are completed, an e-mail will be sent to the participants to inform them that the paper has reached the congress secretariat.

PAPER SUBMISSION
It is possible to apply to the congress with three types of papers.
ORAL PRESENTATIONS
Oral presentations usually consist of four to six oral presentations, depending on the time slot, followed by a discussion session, and a thematic program of empirical research papers presenting data and results. Papers are given approximately 12 minutes of presentation time.
SYMPOSIUM/PANEL
Panels are sessions that address a topic from different perspectives and provide a platform for discussion and the presentation of different papers. It consists of a session chair/convenor, three or four speakers who will present papers and a discussant. The general summary of each paper and session is evaluated by the Congress Scientific Committee in terms of research quality and suitability to the panel topic. The symposium is scheduled for 90 minutes and each presentation is given approximately 15 minutes. The discussant makes a 5-10 minute evaluation for comments and contributions to each presentation. In addition, the symposium also allocates 10-15 minutes for general discussion. The submission for the symposium is made by the chair or chairs who bring together the presentations and organize the symposium. Chairs are expected to prepare an essay (maximum 350 words) summarizing the common elements of these three or four presentations. They are also required to submit abstracts of all papers in the submission. Abstracts should briefly describe the research questions, methodology, findings, and conclusions.
POSTER PRESENTATION
Data-based original researches are prepared as posters and presented interactively in poster sessions in the congress program. Posters will be display in the place specified by the congress organizing committee on the date and time to be announced. Authors are required to be present at the beginning of their posters on the day, time and place specified for poster discussion. A jury will be formed by the Congress Organizing Committee and the “BEST POSTER PRESENTATION AWARD” will be given to the researchers or practitioners presenting the poster presentation that is evaluated by the jury with the highest score among all poster presentations presented at the congress.
The points to be considered when submitting a paper are given below;
General Principles:
Original research and case reports related to the congress topics can be submitted to be presented as oral, symposium/panel sessions or poster presentations. In all papers submitted to the congress, studies based on current/updated data are evaluated. Review paper submissions are not accepted.
A participant can take part in a maximum of 5 papers in the congress program.
Papers will only be accepted via the e-mail address of the Congress Secretariat (bildiri.egad2025@adu.edu.tr); papers sent by mail or fax will not be evaluated.
The Congress Secretariat will use the e-mail address that the participant sent the paper to communicate with the authors.
Abstracts will be evaluated by the congress scientific committee. According to the scientific program and the content of the paper, the Scientific Committee may offer other type of presentation. In addition, studies whose data analysis process is ongoing and whose results have not been revealed will not be accepted by the congress scientific committee.
Preparation of Abstract Text:
Abstracts can be prepared in Turkish or English. However, the English titles of Turkish abstracts should also be submitted at the submission stage.
All letters of the title of your abstract should be capitalized, abbreviations should be avoided and the title should not exceed 100 characters including spaces.
Author names and surnames should be written in full and the order of the authors should be observed. Academic titles should not be used.
The abstract text should not exceed 350 words excluding title, author names and addresses. Abstracts, which will be accepted only based on research data and case presentations, should be presented in a format that includes aim, methods, findings, and conclusion subheadings. There should be no tables and figures in the text. References should not be included.
Since the submitted abstracts will be published electronically in the abstract book, attention should be paid to spelling errors. Authors are responsible for all spelling errors.
Preparation of the Poster Paper
Posters can be prepared in English or Turkish.
Poster papers should be 70cm (width) x 90cm (height) and should be prepared to be read from a distance of one meter.
All letters of the poster title should be capitalized, abbreviations should be avoided, bold should be used and the title should not exceed 100 characters including spaces. The name of the authors and the institution where they work should be indicated under the title.
The text consisting of Abstract, Introduction, Methods, Results, Conclusions, and References should be organized in two columns.
The format and order applied in the bibliography and references to the sources in the text should follow APA 7 Spelling Rules.
Visual materials (e.g. graphics, tables, drawings, pictures, photographs) should be used predominantly in the presentation of information.
The name of the researcher who will present the poster should be underlined.
IMPORTANT NOTE
Paper acceptance will be realized after the referee evaluation.
IN ORDER FOR THE PAPERS TO BE INCLUDED IN THE CONGRESS PROGRAM AND PRESENTED, AT LEAST ONE PERSON FOR EACH PAPER MUST REGISTER FOR THE CONGRESS UNTIL THE EARLY REGISTRATION DEADLINE!
